Am Muslim and Hindu, Says Salman Khan to Judge
In arms act case being heard at the Jodhpur court, Salman Khan
pleaded "not guilty" on Wednesday. While recording his
statement, Salman Khan was left puzzled for few seconds when
asked about his caste.
Bollywood actor Salman Khan who was summoned at the
Jodhpur court was spotted reaching the court with trusted
bodyguard Shera and sister Alvira today on May 29 around 9.50 am. The actor was called into the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Jodhpur to record his statement relating to the Arms Act.
Before recording Salman 's statement, Chief Judicial
Magistrate Anupama Bijlani asked the actor to state his name, father's name, profession and other details. Salman Khan
answered everything but the actor got confused when the court asked about his caste.
He gave a puzzled look to the court, after few seconds someone from the crowd suggested he say "Muslim". But Salman Khan said to the court "Hindu and Muslim" both. Bollywood's Dabangg actor Salman Khan's this statement was taken with a confused expressions on people's present in the court. Salman justified his statement in the court saying that his father is a Muslim and mother is a Hindu, so he is both.
