Sunny Leone: Salman Khan was the first person to encourage me when I came in this industry

With almost 5 films lined up in 2015, gorgeous Sunny Leone is
all set to entertain us to the fullest this year! But, in spite of
being in the industry for almost 3 years now and impressing us with her acting ability, it still isn't an easy journey for this adult star turned Bollywood actress as not too many actors seem comfortable to work with her yet. And unlike other actresses, Sunny cannot take her pick as to which actor she would want to work with.

At an interview, when asked Sunny, if she was given a choice,
who would she pick among the Khans or Akshay Kumar or anybody to act with she said, "Salman Khan. He is so nice & such a nice person. Every time I have seen him at an event or
something, he always says hi & is always respectful. When I first got into the industry, he was the first person to encourage me and he said 'Good luck, Sunny, we welcome you into Bollywood. He was the first person to say that, no one else said that to me. So, he was the first person that I met & interacted with. I have met Shah Rukh Khan, he was very nice as well. But I would love to work with Salman, it would be a life changer."

There are actors who still hesitate & feel uncomfortable to sign films which stars Sunny and she definitely thinks that such
apprehension is costing her a big film with a bigger male co-star. She said, "It's not my choice if someone doesn't want to work
with me because of my choices in life. So what am I going to do? So, production houses are required to rest all the press on my shoulders, but my next movie is with Ram (Kapoor) and he is somebody, who is well-known in the industry & is a respected actor. One of my other movies is with Vir (Das) & Tusshar (Kapoor) & they too are respected actors in the industry, so it slowly will move into a different space or a different direction. I have to believe that, whether it's true or not I'll find out with time."

Further probe her if that ever bothers her and she says, "That's why when media & press asks me who I would like to work with
or what's your list of people, I have the same answer; I want to work with people who want to work with me. Why would I want to work with someday that's uncomfortable or that doesn't like me because of my past or my choices in life. My choices are my choices and they worked for me and I am happy. I wouldn't be sitting here if it wasn't for those choices. I don't know if they are scared or they might be because they are Disney & I am not. And naturally they'll be apprehensive, but naturally I think once this movie (EK PAHELI LEELA) releases, they'll see something different. Then when the next movies release, they'll see something
different and not fear that apprehensiveness that they have to work with me because of my baggage or who I am or because they are scared, that might change."
