Salman Khan And Deepika Padukone New Movie Confirmed? Katrina Kaif’s Ex-Boyfriend Wants ‘Bajirao Mastani’ Actress For ‘Sultan’

Deepika Padukone is one of the most loved actresses in the Bollywood industry by fans, directors and actors. While she has worked with Shahrukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor and many more, is Salman Khan getting his turn with the "Bajirao Mastani" actress?

Recent reports stated that makers of the film wanted Katrina Kaif as the female lead of "Sultan," however, Salman refused to star opposite of her
and instead wants Padukone in the movie. Daily Bhaskar stated that Padukone has apparently agreed to do the film after makers agreed to choose her as their second choice.
There have been many attempts for Padukone to work with Salman and it looks like they might finally get the chance.

If reports are true, the two actors will finally get to share the screen together in Ali Abbas Zafar's film, "Sultan." The movie was apparently suppose to start
filming early this year, but due to
Salman's busy schedule with "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" and "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" and Padukone's "Tamasha" and "Bajirao Mastani," shooting has
been postponed.

"Salman and Deepika were to co-star in 'Shuddhi,' but she could not do that film," said a source according to India Today. "She has already done three films with Shah Rukh Khan and was keen to do a film with Salman."

Although no official statement has been made by Yash Raj Films, Salman is apparently impressed with the script and has given his nod.

If rumors are to be true then Padukone's wish to work with the "Dabangg" star is finally coming true. After expressing interest in working with the actor, Padukone was excited to hear that Salman will relaunch her when they work together.
